Private Label Return Policy
Non-Returnable Nature of Private Label Products
- Products created under private label agreements are custom-designed and manufactured exclusively for the client’s brand.
- Such products cannot be returned unless they fail to meet the specifications outlined in the signed contract or approved sample.
Eligibility for Returns
A return will be accepted only if:- The product differs from the approved sample.
- The delivered items do not match the agreed-upon specifications in the contract (e.g., ingredient list, packaging design).
Non-Eligibility for Returns
Returns are not accepted under the following conditions:- The product matches the agreed-upon contract and sample specifications.
- Issues arise from client misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow usage guidelines.
Process for Dispute Resolution
Documentation Required:
- Provide a copy of the signed contract and approved sample acknowledgment.
- Include photos and detailed explanations highlighting the discrepancies.
Evaluation:
- Our quality assurance team will review the claim against the contract and sample.
Resolution:
- If discrepancies are confirmed, we will offer a replacement or partial refund.
- If the product matches the agreement, no return or refund will be issued.
