Private Label Return Policy

  1. Non-Returnable Nature of Private Label Products

    • Products created under private label agreements are custom-designed and manufactured exclusively for the client’s brand.
    • Such products cannot be returned unless they fail to meet the specifications outlined in the signed contract or approved sample.
  2. Eligibility for Returns
    A return will be accepted only if:

    • The product differs from the approved sample.
    • The delivered items do not match the agreed-upon specifications in the contract (e.g., ingredient list, packaging design).
  3. Non-Eligibility for Returns
    Returns are not accepted under the following conditions:

    • The product matches the agreed-upon contract and sample specifications.
    • Issues arise from client misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow usage guidelines.
