Private Label Return Policy

1. Non-Returnable Nature of Private Label Products

   • Products created under private label agreements are custom-designed and manufactured exclusively for the client’s brand.
   • Such products cannot be returned unless they fail to meet the specifications outlined in the signed contract or approved sample.

2. Eligibility for Returns
   A return will be accepted only if:

   • The product differs from the approved sample.
   • The delivered items do not match the agreed-upon specifications in the contract (e.g., ingredient list, packaging design).

3. Non-Eligibility for Returns
   Returns are not accepted under the following conditions:

   • The product matches the agreed-upon contract and sample specifications.
   • Issues arise from client misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow usage guidelines.

Process for Dispute Resolution

1. Documentation Required:

   • Provide a copy of the signed contract and approved sample acknowledgment.
   • Include photos and detailed explanations highlighting the discrepancies.

2. Evaluation:

   • Our quality assurance team will review the claim against the contract and sample.

3. Resolution:

   • If discrepancies are confirmed, we will offer a replacement or partial refund.
   • If the product matches the agreement, no return or refund will be issued.
